AFFM has Federal 501(c)(3) tax exempt status as a corporation.
Donations are used to provide services not covered under
State and or Federal contracts. Such services may include
but are not limited to: assisting with legal fees, assistance
with fuel and or electricity bills, purchasing (one
time only) crib, bed, and / or other furniture items
which in thier absence would make or break a child placement.
If you are interested in making a charitable contribution
to AFFM and would like to claim the donation on your
income taxes, please let us know.
Several individuals and organizations have contributed
to this program over the years and all of the individuals
who have benefited from those contributions are very
appreciative.
